Where has the time gone?

I didn't want March to end for a couple of reasons. Time seems to be going too fast! I feel like it was just the beginning of the year. Also April means I would have to change my puppy calendar and March had a picture of malteses!

So as a goodbye to March, here is a picture of my cutie maltese, Jacoby!

Who was staring at me because I was having a hard time getting off the couch thanks to boot camp class at the gym! Legs are sooooo sore!

Feels Like Christmas!

I feel like a kid the night before Christmas! Can't wait to wake up in the morning for baseball that counts!

Just bought my mlb.tv subscription and ready to watch the new and improved Sox! Woohoo!

Play Ball!

Finally got to see my first game this year in person! Went to the Giants vs. A's game tonight at the Coliseum. I can't wait for the season to start!

Kat and I were at the same game, sitting close to each other, and we didn't meet up! Total fail! Next time we'll coordinate better!

And if you couldn't see, I'm wearing my Dallas Braden "Get off my mound" shirt! I still laugh at the whole Braden/A-Rod feud! Braden is awesome!

Mmmm...donuts!

Tom and I took his nephew, Peter, to Psycho Donuts! I got a cadillac margarita donut and a beer smoothie! Yes you read right...a real beer smoothie! The donut had a salty tequila cream filling which I didn't care for but Peter seemed to like his!

Tom got a burger donut with real bacon! And of course we had to take home the messiest chocolate donut ever for Owen, Peter's younger brother.

Happy Birthday!

Today we went to eat dinner to celebrate my grandfather's 89th birthday!

I can't believe he's that old! He still plays golf regularly and has a very active life. If I can be half as healthy and active as him, I will be satisfied.

I hope for a long and prosperous life for him! <3

Today Tom and I went up to the East Bay so we could try a place that he loves and a place that I have been dying to try!

We went to Cafe Biere first where we had awesome beer! I had one that tasted just like an iced coffee! Then we went to Homeroom which is a mac & cheese restaurant with a great beer selection as well. And they even have really good wines which they pair with their mac & cheeses! Also the desserts are to die for!

I highly recommend both places! I can't wait to go back!

Mangia!

Look at my lasagna! Well actually Tom and I made it together. We made it from scratch for my parents and it was a big hit! Yummmy!

I can totally be a homemaker! I think...haha! 

I really need to invest in an umbrella!

The theme for the day was rain, rain, and more rain!

All this cold rainy weather is making me so unmotivated. I wish I could stay in bed all day and cuddle with my dog.

But yes, I know I'll be complaining when summer hits and it's too hot.

Guess I'm never happy! haha! ;)

Shabu Shabu!

Tom and I checked out a shabu shabu restaurant in Japantown in San Jose. It reminded me of the times when my friends and I would do shabu shabu at our houses! And all those times we went to Cafe Mum's (the all you can eat shabu shabu and all you can drink sake and beer place in SF)! Those were super fun times!

Also it was Tom's first time eating shabu shabu! He's been missing out. Good thing he has me to school him on all the cool food happenings! haha! 

Where's my lucky dime?

Today I registered for the March of Dimes walk! I'm particularly excited for this event because I will be doing the walk with my mom!

I was also excited to use the scavenger hunt team name again...Giant Green Monsters! Yay!
